Attorney Margolis has represented corporations with respect to personal legal matters as well as corporate contractual matters, as well as business disputes and dissolution. Attorney Margolis is presently involved in litigation matters both in State of Connecticut and federal court. He is a partner with the law firm of Berdon, Young & Margolis, P.C., with offices in New Haven, Connecticut. Attorney Margolis has been involved in charitable and non-profit institutions and has served as counsel to various institutions and organizations.

Attorney Margolis has been involved in general practice representing clients in a varied spectrum of legal matters. Attorney Margolis has counseled clients in individual and business transactions. Further, Attorney Margolis represents clients including individuals closely held in general corporate business, in connection with personal business litigation in the courts of the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut.

Attorney Margolis is a 1975 graduate of Brandeis University and received his law degree, a Juris Doctorate, from the University of Connecticut in 1978. In connection with earning both the college and law degrees, Attorney Margolis received the honors of cum laude designation from each institution. Attorney Margolis is a member of local and state bar associations, as well as The Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and has been a member of the Commercial Law League in the past.
